Delivery & Returns
Natural cotton woven products may have some irregularities. We will replace or refund for products with manufactural defects only. if purchased through our online store, products must be returned with all tags attached and in its original new condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered. Towels are subject to strict hygiene and return policies.
Returns must be completed within 14 business days. If purchased from a store please contact the store directly as they will have their own returns policy. Customers are responsible for the freight costs associated with returns unless the wrong item was supplied to you. At no time will we accept a reverse charge for delivery.
We do not replace or exchange item if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
Sometimes freight companies return undelivered packages to us. Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within a satisfactory time period. However, if your package returns to us as undelivered we will not attempt to repost it without confirmation of the correct address. Your product payment will be refunded to you or you may incur additional cost if you’d like us to repost it.
All care is taken at dispatch to ensure your item arrives as ordered. However it is possible that packaging may experience some crushing during the delivery process.thank you for your understanding.
