COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY
By registering on our site, you are granting us permission to communicate with you via email. We are pleased to include you in our data- base and will send you the latest product information or purchase confirmation. Your personal information is for our internal use and data -base only and it will never be available to another entity for their commercial or private use.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Sale in the USA are in USD and subject to sales tax while sales in Australia and New Zealand are in AUD and subject to the normal 10% gst. All other International sales are priced in USD. Due to fluctuations in the economic world climate we reserve the right to change or increase our pricing without notice.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE
Our products are shipped from inside the USA if you are a USA customer.
We will process your order within normal business hours 9am - 5 pm, within 1-2 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Please note any delays experience whilst in transit may result from our service providers and out of our control. If your package arrives damaged or missing please contact the service provider directly, We do not accept responsibility for items once dispatched and we do not track your item for you this will your responsibility through the service company’s websites.
Provide accurate postal address details to receive your items promptly and avoid disappointment and additional cost. Local Delivery times are within 2-5 business days however, this can vary if you are in a regional area so allow up to 7-10 days.Same day or overnight deliveries are will attract additional fees.
Once your package arrives please check your item for damage and that your order is complete. If not complete contact us immediately within 48 hours via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pre orders will be sent promptly to you once stock arrives. We will automatically notify you and include a tracking number when it is dispatched.
Any international shipping is by Australia Post, DHL, UPS please allow between 5- 10 business days for International deliveries.
You will be responsible once the item is passed to a carrier. If any orders are shipped internationally you may also be subject to customs clearance and other import duties and taxes of the destination country. You will be required to comply with all laws and regulations. Customs will be charged on all orders that are received in European countries that are part of the EU.
Free shipping for purchases over $110 within the USA and Australia, you will be directed to include a code.
We ensure our products are of best quality and we follow strict quality control. However if a product has manufactural defects we will replace it for you. If purchased through our online store. The product must be returned with all tags attached and in its original new condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered. Towels are subject to hygiene and use policies. Returns must be completed within 14 business days. If purchased from a store please contact the store directly as they will have their own returns policy.
We do not replace or exchange item if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
